  • 150 grams hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 500 grams flour
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 40 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 10 grams salt
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 50 grams butter
  • 250 milliliters water
  • 1 cup raspberries

  • Mix all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the butter, oil, and finally the water.
  • Ferment the dough for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
  • Bake the dough for 25 minutes at 180ºC.
  • Spread the hazelnut cream and sprinkle the raspberries.
