150 grams hazelnut chocolate cream
500 grams flour
30 grams sugar
40 milliliters vegetable oil
10 grams salt
1 envelope yeast
50 grams butter
250 milliliters water
1 cup raspberries

Mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the butter, oil, and finally the water.
Ferment the dough for approximately 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
Bake the dough for 25 minutes at 180ºC.
Spread the hazelnut cream and sprinkle the raspberries.
