70 grams unflavored gelatin
300 milliliters water
10 grams instant coffee, (colcafé in Colombia)
500 grams margarine
800 milliliters condensed milk
100 grams egg yolk
2 pipes cookies, (type María or Ducales)
1/2 cups cow's milk

Low
Dissolve the gelatin in 300 milliliters of water and add the instant coffee. Heat and mix.
In a bowl, beat the margarine, egg yolks, and condensed milk. Gradually add the gelatin and coffee mixture and continue beating.
Place a layer of cookies (previously soaked in milk) in a baking dish and pour a little of the previous mixture.
Repeat this step until the mold is full. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, then decorate with whipped cream and fruits.
