Mix the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the eggs.
Add the dulce de leche, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix. Add the flour and cornstarch. Mix everything.
Mix the sugar with the fruit and incorporate it into the mixture, place into cupcake liners (baking paper) until halfway full and sprinkle with sprinkles.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 20 minutes.
