Fruit Shortbread

Delicious fruit shortbread that you can prepare super quickly.

  • 125 grams lard, softened
  • 125 grams icing sugar, (powdered)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams self-rising flour
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • vanilla essence, necessary amount
  • 50 grams dulce de leche
  • 300 grams fruit, glazed, chopped
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • Mix the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the eggs.
  • Add the dulce de leche, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix. Add the flour and cornstarch. Mix everything.
  • Mix the sugar with the fruit and incorporate it into the mixture, place into cupcake liners (baking paper) until halfway full and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C for 20 minutes.
