  • 500 grams flour, for the dough
  • 250 grams margarine, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for the dough
  • 1 egg, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons milk, for the dough
  • 1 kilo chantilly cream, for the filling
  • 1 cup strawberries, in slices
  • 1 cup canned peaches, in slices
  • 1/2 cups apricot jam

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, sugar, egg, and milk. Once the dough is partially combined, knead for 5 minutes, wrap in non-stick plastic, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is 5 mm thick. Cut with the mold you will use for the tartlets. We suggest using a 8 cm diameter mold to achieve a good profit margin.Place the dough in the mold and press lightly to compact and adhere the dough. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
  • Fill with whipped cream, decorate with strawberries and peaches, and glaze with apricot jam.
