Honey, Orange, and Yoghurt Trifle

  • 1 vanilla cake, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cups honey, Greek
  • 3 oranges, without pith and membrane
  • 1/4 cups brandy, (optional)
  • 4 cups orange gelatin
  • 2 1/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Cut the cake in half lengthwise, spreading honey on each half, and then cut into cubes.
  • Place in a large glass bowl or 8 individual glasses.
  • Place the orange segments on top of each one, add more honey over them, and pour in the brandy.
  • Pour the orange gelatin on top and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • To serve, spread FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt on top and garnish with mint.
