Mini Strawberry Charlotte

Fruit desserts are undoubtedly the best option to share after a meal or in the afternoon. This Mini Strawberry Charlotte recipe has the perfect touch of Chantilly cream. To prevent lumps in the cream cheese, it’s best to have it at room temperature.

  • 1 package Chantilly® cream cheese, at room temperature (190 g)
  • 1/3 cups Chantilly® condensed milk
  • 1 cup Chantilly® whipped cream
  • 3/4 cups strawberries, cut into cubes
  • 1 package cinnamon cookies, 180 g
  • Chantilly® whipped cream, for decoration
  • strawberries, sliced fruit, for decoration

  • Beat the Chantilly® cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and Chantilly® cream, gently fold in the strawberries.
  • Arrange the cinnamon cookies in cups, cover with a little of the previous mixture, add another cookie and more cream. Refrigerate until it sets.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Chantilly® cream, cookie pieces, and strawberries.
