Prepare these delicious and refreshing red berry tarts with granola. They are perfect for breakfast or as a dessert. They have a rich and creamy filling of yogurt with red berries and a crunchy and sweet granola base. They are perfect for feeding children and also have a low sugar content.
3 sticks Kellogg’S® Krunchy™ apple cinnamon granola
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
1/2 cups raspberries, washed

Place the yogurt and the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in the blender and blend until fully integrated. Strain the yogurt with the berries through a sieve to remove excess skin.
Place cupcake liners in a mini muffin mold. Crumble the Kellogg’s® Krunchy™ Granola Apple Cinnamon bar and put some inside each liner.
Decorate the tarts with raspberries or some blueberries. Freeze for 2 hours. Garnish with fresh mint.
