Strawberry Cups with Cream

  • 3 tablespoons María cookies, for sprinkling
  • 3/4 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cups requesón
  • 2 teaspoons monk fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • peppermint, for decorating

  • Cut the strawberries into quarters.
  • Place the Maria cookies in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them until you obtain a powder or small pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl and using a whisk, mix the sour cream, ricotta, and monk fruit until you have a homogeneous consistency.
  • Serve the strawberries in the cups, followed by the cream. Sprinkle with the crushed Maria cookies and cinnamon. Decorate with mint leaves.
