3 tablespoons María cookies, for sprinkling
3/4 cups low-fat sour cream
1/2 cups requesón
2 teaspoons monk fruit
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
peppermint, for decorating

Cut the strawberries into quarters.
Place the Maria cookies in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them until you obtain a powder or small pieces. Set aside.
In a bowl and using a whisk, mix the sour cream, ricotta, and monk fruit until you have a homogeneous consistency.
Serve the strawberries in the cups, followed by the cream. Sprinkle with the crushed Maria cookies and cinnamon. Decorate with mint leaves.
