Toast with Raspberry Jam

Toast with raspberry jam is a very tasty, easy dessert, and ideal for sending kids for lunch. The raspberry jam is very easy to make and delicious, plus it's much healthier than store-bought jam, as it contains no preservatives, additives, or colorings.

  • 1 package Bimbo® toasted bread
  • 1 kilo raspberries
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • water, necessary amount

  • Cut the raspberries into quarters.
  • Place the raspberries in a pot along with the sugar. Cover the fruit with water. Allow the mixture to boil, stirring continuously until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Once it reaches a boiling point, reduce the heat.
  • Allow the water to evaporate, cooking for 30 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Once ready, store in jars and refrigerate.
  • Spread the jam (once at room temperature) over toasted bread.
