1 package Bimbo® toasted bread
1 kilo strawberries
1 kilo sugar
1/4 cups lime juice, yellow (eureka)

In a bowl, mash the strawberries with a potato masher.
Combine the strawberries in a pot, add the sugar and lemon. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Once the sugar has dissolved, increase the heat.
Pour the jam into previously sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
Spread a little of the jam on toasted bread and serve.
