10 slices wholemeal bread, from a box (whichever you prefer)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups lactose-free milk, light
4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 envelope vanilla sugar, or 1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon orange blossom essence
1/2 cups mixed blackberry, dried
1 pear, washed, peeled, and cut into cubes

Preheat the oven to 250°C.
In a bowl, we place the crumbled bread and soak it with the milk.
We add all the ingredients one by one, using a fork to incorporate everything until we have a uniform mixture.
Grease a loaf pan and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the pudding is cooked in the center; we will know this if the tip of a knife comes out clean when inserted, our pudding is ready.
