Fruit Pizza for Vegans

Delicious fruit pizza for those who do not consume meat, such as vegetarians or vegans. Super tasty!

  • 2 pipes bread, (crescent roll-ups)
  • pipes cream cheese, dairy-free
  • 3/4 cups apple juice, plus 3 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 10 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 peaches, seedless, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water, fry

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  • Remove the crescent rolls from the package, but do not separate them. Roll out and flatten and place one next to the other on a round cookie sheet, cutting at the edge of the pan and filling in the empty spaces.
  • Mix the cornstarch with the cold water and add the mixture to the remaining cup of apple juice (3/4) in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until thickened. Sprinkle over the top of the pizza, making sure to cover the fruit. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
