Fruit Popsicles with Chile

These fruit popsicles are incredibly easy to make, refreshing, full of flavor, and are the perfect match to accompany with Chilito and Pulpita La Botanera®.

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups Pulpita La Botanera®
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1/4 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups kiwi, in crescent wedges
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, in slices
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • glasses, or containers
  • lollipop stick, cut to the size of your popsicle container
  • La Botanera® Chilito chile powder
  • Pulpita La Botanera®

Low
  • Dissolve the sugar in the water and heat for 5 minutes, without boiling; add the lemon juice and Pulpita La Botanera®; add the salt and gelatin and mix very well. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Use molds or cups and arrange the fruit inside, carefully pour the previous popsicle mixture, place and adjust the wooden stick in the middle of the mold or cup. Freeze for the necessary time until ready.
  • Remove from the freezer and add Chilito La Botanera® at the base; add as much La Botanera® powdered chili as you like, as well as Pulpita La Botanera® to accompany your popsicles.
