These fruit popsicles are incredibly simple to make, refreshing, full of flavor and the perfect match to accompany Chilito and Pulpita La Botanera®.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups Pulpita La Botanera®
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1/4 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cups kiwi, in half-moon quarters
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, in slices
  • 1/2 cups mango, diced
  • glasses, or packaging
  • lollipop stick, cut to the size of your popsicle container
  • Chilito La Botanera®
  • Pulpita La Botanera®

Preparation

Dissolve the sugar in the water and heat for 5 minutes, without boiling; Add the lemon juice and Pulpita La Botanera®; Add the salt and gelatin and mix very well. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Use molds or cups and place the fruit inside, carefully pour the previous mixture from the popsicles, place and arrange the wooden stick in the middle of the mold or cup. Freeze as long as necessary until they are done.
Remove from the freezer and add Chilito La Botanera® to the base; add as much La Botanera® Chilito powder as you like, as well as Pulpita La Botanera® to accompany your popsicles.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the fruit popsicles with Chilito La Botanera® and Pulpita La Botanera®.

TIPS

Do not boil the mixture of the shoulder, it is only necessary to heat it to integrate the gelatin well. Use ripe but firm fruit, this will help it sit well in the mold / glass and keep the stick in place.
