Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups water; 1/2 cups sugar; 1/2 cups lime juice; 1/2 cups Pulpita La Botanera®; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted; 1/4 cups pineapple, in cubes; 1/2 cups kiwi, in crescent wedges; 1/2 cups strawberries, in slices; 1/2 cups mango, in cubes; glasses, or containers; lollipop stick, cut to the size of your popsicle container; La Botanera® Chilito chile powder; Pulpita La Botanera®

Dissolve the sugar in the water and heat for 5 minutes, without boiling; add the lemon juice and Pulpita La Botanera®; add the salt and gelatin and mix very well. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Use molds or cups and arrange the fruit inside, carefully pour the previous popsicle mixture, place and adjust the wooden stick in the middle of the mold or cup. Freeze for the necessary time until ready.
