Cut the pineapple in half and use a sharp spoon or knife to remove the inside of the pineapple to create two shells where you will place the fruit salad.
In a large bowl, add all the fruit either diced or in balls (use a melon or watermelon baller).
Add quartered strawberries and blueberries.
Mix the orange juice with the sugar in a small bowl and pour over the fruit salad, mix well.
Now pour the salad into the pineapple and decorate with cocktail umbrellas and a bit of natural yogurt.
