Fruit Salad for Parties

This delicious fruit salad looks beautiful and is great for parties or showers. It is a healthy option to have.

  • 1 pineapple, whole
  • 1/2 watermelons, pitted
  • 1/2 melons , seedless
  • 2 cups strawberry , disinfected and washed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • plain yogurt, for decoration

  • Cut the pineapple in half and use a sharp spoon or knife to remove the inside of the pineapple to create two shells where you will place the fruit salad.
  • In a large bowl, add all the fruit either diced or in balls (use a melon or watermelon baller).
  • Add quartered strawberries and blueberries.
  • Mix the orange juice with the sugar in a small bowl and pour over the fruit salad, mix well.
  • Now pour the salad into the pineapple and decorate with cocktail umbrellas and a bit of natural yogurt.
