This rich fruit salad looks gorgeous and looks great at parties or showers. It is a rich healthy option to have.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 pineapple, whole
  • 1/2 watermelons, boneless
  • 1/2 melons, without seeds
  • 2 cups strawberry, disinfected and washed
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • natural yogurt, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the pineapple in half and with a sharp spoon or a knife remove the inside of the pineapple to obtain two shells where you will put the fruit salad.
In a large bowl add all the fruit either in squares or in balls (use a spoon to make melon or watermelon balls).
Add the quartered strawberries and blueberries.
Mix the orange juice with the sugar in a small bowl and pour over the fruit salad, mix well.
Now pour the salad into the pineapple and decorate with the cocktail umbrella and a little natural yogurt.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the pineapple with a cocktail umbrella and some natural yogurt.

TIPS

You can play with the fruits of your salad or with the base that you are going to use. For example, you can use a watermelon instead of a pineapple as a base.
