  • natural yoghurt to decorate
  • paper cocktail umbrellas to decorate

    Preparation

Cut the pineapple in half and with a sharp spoon or knife remove the inside of the pineapple to obtain two shells where the fruit salad will be placed.
In a large bowl add all the fruit either in squares or in small balls (use a spoon to make balls of melon or watermelon).
Add strawberries cut into quarters and blueberries.
Mix in a small bowl the orange juice with the sugar and pour over the fruit salad, mix well.
Now pour the salad into the pineapple and decorate with the umbrella shaker and some natural yogurt.

    PRESENTATION

Decorate the pineapple with a cocktail shaker and some natural yogurt.

    TIPS

You can play with the fruits of your salad or with the base you are going to use. For example you can use a watermelon instead of a pineapple as a base.
