Fruit salad with jelly

  • 1 package peach gelatin
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 2 cans table cream

  • Prepare the gelatin as the instructions say but with a cup less water and put it to set in an extended container.
  • Once the gelatin is curdled, we chop it into cubes.
  • In a salad bowl or bowl we add the perfectly drained fruit cocktail, the chopped banana, the raisins and the gelatine.
  • We add the two cans of half cream; stir well, being careful not to mix the ingredients. It is refrigerated for at least an hour before serving.
