Fruit Tartlets with Custard

Delicious Fruit Tartlets made with Danette® Vanilla Flavored Custard.

  • 5 vanilla flavored custard, danette 100g each
  • 100 grams raspberries
  • 100 grams blackberries
  • 100 grams strawberries, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 canned peaches, diced
  • 100 grams María cookies, ground
  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • For the base, line the bottom of the tart molds with aluminum foil. Mix the cookies with the butter until completely integrated; Place the dough on the tart molds pressing to form the base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and reserve.
  • To assemble the tartlets, place the Danette® Vanilla Flavored Custard on the cookie bases until the mold is filled; Garnish with raspberries, blackberry, strawberries, kiwi and peach.
  • Unmold and remove the aluminum foil and you're done.
