Fruit Yogurt Tart

This fruit yogurt tart is light, fresh, and combines a crunchy base with a soft, creamy, and slightly sweet filling that finishes with a fruity touch. Full of textures and a combination that never fails, this fruit tart recipe is easy to prepare for any celebration.

  • 1 1/4 cups flour, for the crust
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the crust
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for the crust
  • 1 cup butter, cut into small cubes, for the crust
  • 1 egg, for the crust
  • 1 tablespoon clear vanilla, for the crust
  • 2 cups Greek Yoghurt Sugar Free® Yoplait®, for the filling
  • 1 cup requesón, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 peach, natural, sliced
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, into quarters
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • spearmint, for decoration

  • For the crust: Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, gradually add the butter and continue mixing until a sandy texture forms, then add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined. Roll out the dough and place it in a previously greased and floured tart pan.
  • Bake the tart crust at 180 °C for 25 minutes, let it cool, and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Yoplait® Unsweetened Greek Yogurt® with the cottage cheese, melted gelatin, and agave honey.
  • Pour this mixture over the tart base and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Decorate the yogurt tart with kiwi, peach, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and mint leaves. Aim for a harmonious look between colors, shapes, and textures.
