Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups flour, for the crust; 1 teaspoon salt, for the crust; 2 tablespoons sugar, for the crust; 1 cup butter, cut into small cubes, for the crust; 1 egg, for the crust; 1 tablespoon clear vanilla, for the crust; 2 cups Greek Yoghurt Sugar Free® Yoplait®, for the filling; 1 cup requesón, for the filling; 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted; 2 tablespoons agave syrup; 1 kiwi, sliced; 1 peach, natural, sliced; 1/4 cups strawberries, into quarters; 1/4 cups raspberries; 1/4 cups blueberries; spearmint, for decoration

For the crust: Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, gradually add the butter and continue mixing until a sandy texture forms, then add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined. Roll out the dough and place it in a previously greased and floured tart pan. Bake the tart crust at 180 °C for 25 minutes, let it cool, and set aside.
