Special Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • 250 grams dark chocolate

  • In a heat resistant container, combine cream and butter. Cook in a bain-marie until it boils. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and beat lightly until the chocolate melts.
  • Let it cool slightly and pour over the cake. You can also refrigerate it, wait for it to set again and beat with a balloon whisk to give it a fluffy texture.
