Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • 250 grams dark chocolate

Preparation

In a heat resistant container, combine cream and butter. Cook in a bain-marie until it boils. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and beat lightly until the chocolate melts.
Let it cool slightly and pour over the cake. You can also refrigerate it, wait for it to set again and beat with a balloon whisk to give it a fluffy texture.
