Gansito Neapolitan Gelatin

Prepare this fun milk-based gelatin with 3 rich and creamy flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, filled with chocolate-covered pastries with strawberry jam and cream. When you cut this delicious gelatin, you will be surprised.

  • 2 1/2 liters cow's milk, for the gelatin base
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • food coloring, yellow
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, vanilla-flavored powder, for the gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, strawberry-flavored powder, for the gelatin
  • food coloring, pink, for the strawberry gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons artificial flavoring, chocolate-flavored powder, for the gelatin

  • Heat a small pot over medium heat with the milk, add the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla essence to dissolve.
  • Add the hydrated gelatin so it dissolves with the heat, separate the preparation into 3 different bowls. In the first bowl, add the vanilla-flavored powder and a few drops of yellow food coloring, in the second bowl add the strawberry-flavored powder and a few drops of pink food coloring, and for the third mixture, add the chocolate-flavored powder. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a previously greased mold, add the chocolate gelatin layer, refrigerate for 20 minutes, remove from refrigeration and place the gansitos, cover with the strawberry gelatin and refrigerate for an additional 20 minutes to set, finish with the vanilla gelatin and refrigerate again.
  • Unmold, cut, and enjoy.
