Heat a small pot over medium heat with the milk, add the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla essence to dissolve. Add the hydrated gelatin so it dissolves with the heat, separate the preparation into 3 different bowls. In the first bowl, add the vanilla-flavored powder and a few drops of yellow food coloring, in the second bowl add the strawberry-flavored powder and a few drops of pink food coloring, and for the third mixture, add the chocolate-flavored powder. Mix well and set aside.
