Gelatin Ice Cream

  • 1 envelope D´Gari® Kids jelly, chewing gum flavor
  • 1 cup water, hot for the bubblegum ice cream (250 ml)
  • 1 cup water, cold, for the bubblegum ice cream (125 ml)
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the bubblegum ice cream
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the bubblegum ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the bubblegum ice cream
  • 1 envelope D´Gari® Kids gelatin marshmallow flavor
  • 1 cup water, hot for the marshmallow ice cream (250 ml)
  • 1/2 cups water, cold for the marshmallow ice cream (125 ml)
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • 1/2 cups table cream, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • rainbow sprinkles, for decoration

  • Blend the D’Gari® Kids bubblegum gelatin with hot water for 2 minutes; gradually add the cold water, sweetened condensed milk, and half-and-half, and blend for 3 more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a stainless steel mold and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Once frozen, beat the mixture until it breaks apart and then gradually add the whipping cream; continue beating for 5 more minutes. Spread onto a stainless steel tray lined with wax paper and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Blend the D’Gari® Kids marshmallow gelatin with hot water for 2 minutes; gradually pour in the cold water, sweetened condensed milk, and half-and-half, and blend for 3 more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a stainless steel mold and freeze for 3 hours.
  • Beat the frozen mixture until it breaks apart and then gradually add the whipping cream; continue beating for 5 more minutes. Spread onto a stainless steel tray lined with wax paper and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Serve using an ice cream scoop, and decorate with marshmallows and gum.
