You will not believe how easy and fast it is to prepare D´Gari gelatin ice cream. With this homemade ice cream recipe, you are just 2 steps away from trying this delicious and creamy dessert with the new flavors that D'Gari Kids, marshmallow and chewing gum flavor.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 on D´Gari® Kids jelly, chewing gum flavor
  • 1 cup Water, hot for chewing gum ice cream (250 ml)
  • 1 cup Water, cold, for chewing gum ice cream (125 ml)
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the chewing gum ice cream
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama, for the chewing gum ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the chewing gum ice cream
  • 1 on D´Gari® Kids gelatin marshmallow flavor
  • 1 cup Water, hot for marshmallow ice cream (250 ml)
  • 1/2 cups Water, cold for marshmallow ice cream (125 ml)
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the marshmallow ice cream
  • enough sparks of colors, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the D'Gari® Kids Chewing Gum flavor with hot water for 2 minutes; Gradually add cold water, condensed milk, half cream and blend for 3 more minutes.
Pour the mixture into a stainless steel mold and freeze for 3 hours.
Once frozen, beat the mixture until it melts and then, gradually add the whipping cream; continue beating for 5 more minutes. Spread on a stainless steel tray covered with wax paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Blend Marshmallow flavor D'Gari® Kids Gelatin with hot water for 2 minutes; Slowly pour in the cold water, condensed milk, half the cream and blend for 3 more minutes.
Pour the mixture into a stainless steel mold and freeze for 3 hours.
Beat the frozen mixture until it melts and then gradually add the whipping cream; continue beating for 5 more minutes. Spread on a stainless steel tray covered with wax paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Serve with the help of an ice cream spoon, decorate with marshmallows and chewing gum.

PRESENTATION

In a glass, decorated with marshmallows and chewing gum.

TIPS

The water must be very hot for the gelatin to dissolve completely.
