Gelatin with Strawberry Mousse

Delight in all the textures of this spectacular strawberry dessert. With this gelatin recipe, we combine a creamy and easy strawberry mousse, add fresh fruit to give you that fresh touch, and include the unmatched flavor of D´Gari® strawberry gelatin.

  • 1/2 liters water, for the clear gelatin, (500 ml)
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, pineapple flavor, for the clear gelatin, (500 ml)
  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 2 cups strawberry yogurt, for the strawberry mousse, (500 ml)
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the strawberry mousse, (250 ml)
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the strawberry mousse
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, for the strawberry mousse, (14 g, hydrated and melted)
  • 1/2 liters water
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Heat the water and dissolve Gelatina D´Gari® clear pineapple flavor; let cool and set aside.
  • In a gelatin mold, place a ladle of clear gelatin and refrigerate until set. Once set, place the strawberries on top and add clear gelatin to cover them. Refrigerate until set again.
  • For the strawberry mousse, beat the strawberry yogurt with the whipping cream and powdered sugar; pour the gelatin in a thin stream and beat for another 30 seconds until completely incorporated.
  • Pour the strawberry mousse over the clear gelatin. Refrigerate until set and set aside.
  • For the strawberry gelatin, heat the water and dissolve Gelatina D´Gari® strawberry flavor, stir until combined, cool, and pour over the strawberry mousse; refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with raspberries and mint.
