Ingredients: 1/2 liters water, for the clear gelatin, (500 ml); 1 envelope D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, pineapple flavor, for the clear gelatin, (500 ml); 2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected; 2 cups strawberry yogurt, for the strawberry mousse, (500 ml); 1 cup whipping cream, for the strawberry mousse, (250 ml); 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the strawberry mousse; 2 envelopes D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, for the strawberry mousse, (14 g, hydrated and melted); 1/2 liters water; raspberries, for decoration; peppermint, for decoration

Heat the water and dissolve Gelatina D´Gari® clear pineapple flavor; let cool and set aside. In a gelatin mold, place a ladle of clear gelatin and refrigerate until set. Once set, place the strawberries on top and add clear gelatin to cover them. Refrigerate until set again.
