150 grams bittersweet chocolate
3 egg whites
3/4 cups sugar
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 100ºC.
Beat the egg whites with an electric
mixer
in 5 minutes and add the pinch of salt.
Go adding spoonful sugar in scoop until you have incorporated it all.
Have two baking sheets ready with waxed paper.
Fill the pastry sleeve with the help of a spoon and make the meringues in the form of rolls.
Put the trays in the oven and wait an hour and a half or two until the meringues are dry.
Remove the trays from the oven and in which the meringues are cooled melt the bitter chocolate in a bain-marie.
With the help of a toothpick draw the eyes and mouths to the meringues to give it the shape of ghosts.
Wait until the chocolate gets hard and ready!
