150 grams bittersweet chocolate
3 egg whites
3/4 cups sugar
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 100ºC.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer for 5 minutes and add a pinch of salt.
Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until it is fully incorporated.
Have two baking trays ready with parchment paper.
Fill the piping bag with the help of a spoon and make the meringues in the shape of rolls.
Put the trays in the oven and wait one and a half to two hours until the meringues are dry.
Take the trays out of the oven and while the meringues cool, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
With the help of a toothpick, draw the eyes and mouths on the meringues to shape them like ghosts.
Wait until the chocolate hardens and you’re done!
