  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, salt, egg, butter, and milk, and start kneading until you achieve an elastic and homogeneous consistency.
  • In a previously greased bowl, place the dough and cover with a damp cloth; let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  • Once fermented, remove the excess air from the dough and on a floured surface, roll out with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of 2 cm. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • With the help of a 10 cm diameter ring or a lid, cut circles of dough and with a smaller ring of 3 cm circumference, cut the center of the donut. Transfer to a tray and let rest for 10 minutes. Brush with butter.
  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray and then place the donuts with 2 cm of separation. Set the air fryer to 180 °C for 4 to 5 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice, milk, and vanilla until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Dip the donuts in the glaze, place on a tray, and wait for them to dry for 15 minutes. Serve on a plate and decorate with fruits.
