Grand Marnier Soufflé

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 55 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 egg whites
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 60 milliliters Grand Marnier

  • Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk, add the sugar, and mix. Heat until it begins to boil. Add the butter and flour, and whisk until creamy.
  • Remove from heat and add the Grand Marnier. Add the egg yolks and continue to beat.
  • With a spatula, gently fold in the egg whites.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a soufflé dish with butter and a little sugar.
  • Pour the mixture into the soufflé dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
