A very rich souffle with a taste of Grand Marnier liquor. This delicious French dessert will be the sensation at home since the presentation that it has is simple but at the same time it makes the dessert have an elegant view. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 55 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 egg whites
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 60 milliliters Grand Marnier

Preparation

With an electric mixer whisk the egg whites to the point of nougat.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add the sugar and mix. Heat until it starts to boil. Add butter and flour and mix with a whisk until a creamy consistency is obtained.
Remove from heat and add Grand Marnier. Add the egg yolks and continue beating.
Slowly add the egg whites with a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a souffle pan with butter and a little sugar.
Pour the mixture into the mold for the soufflé and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve the souffle accompanied by a shot of Grand Marnier so that everyone can add a little more liqueur to taste.
