Preparation
With an electric mixer whisk the egg whites to the point of nougat.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add the sugar and mix. Heat until it starts to boil. Add butter and flour and mix with a whisk until a creamy consistency is obtained.
Remove from heat and add Grand Marnier. Add the egg yolks and continue beating.
Slowly add the egg whites with a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a souffle pan with butter and a little sugar.
Pour the mixture into the mold for the soufflé and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
