Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of warm water and wait 5 minutes.
In a container, sift the flour, then add the salt and sugar, mixing well. Add the yeast, 1 ½ tablespoons of oil, the remaining water, and mix well until a smooth and elastic dough is formed.
Add the total amount of water and knead for 10 minutes. Cover with the remaining olive oil and cover with a cloth, letting it rest for 20 to 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400° F or 200° C
Put a little olive oil on the baking tray with a brush and spread the dough with your fingers to form an even rectangle.
Place the grapes pressing them down, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sugar, and add sprigs of rosemary.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Whip the cream until stiff, add the sugar, and mix until you obtain whipped cream. Ready to serve.
