200 milliliters water
2 tablespoons green tea
150 grams vegetable shortening
3/4 cups Splenda, Granulated
1/2 cups golden raisins
2 tablespoons spearmint, chopped
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 banana leaf, cut into squares of 20x20 cm
3/4 kilos dough, made with green tea

Mix green tea with SPLENDA® Granulated, lemon zest, mint, and water until combined.
Heat the mixture in a pot, add the lard and the dough.
Using a spatula, mix until combined, remove from heat.
Toast the banana leaves directly over the stove flame.
Spread a bit of dough in a square shape on the surface of the banana leaf and close with a fold.
Put one liter of water in the steamer and leave over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
