Then, gradually stir in the oil and egg mixture, alternating with the dry ingredients; add the vanilla extract and stir; pour the batter into the pan and place it in the oven for about 90 minutes; remove the bread from the heat and let it cool on a rack.
To make the frosting, boil the milk in a saucepan together with the sugar and butter for five minutes; remove from heat and add the powdered sugar all at once.
Beat this mixture until it is shiny and cover the cake with it; decorate with fresh fruit and nuts.
