Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups raisin, floured
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups green tomato
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • enough walnut
  • enough fresh fruit

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Also, lubricate a cake pan with butter.
Stir the oil in a bowl together with the sugar and eggs; Sift the flour in a separate bowl, along with the baking powder and the baking soda; add the tomatoes and the cherries, incorporating them very well.
