10 guavas, cut in half and seedless
1 liter water
1 stick cinnamon
1 cup strawberries, washed and disinfected
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
190 grams cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, Hydrated
1 cup guava, for decoration
1 cup strawberries, Hydrated

In a pot over medium heat, cook the guavas with water and cinnamon for 10 minutes, strain and set aside.
Blend the guavas, strawberries, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, whipped cream, and add the melted gelatin.
Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
Unmold and decorate with guavas and strawberries.
