Guava Cream with Pomegranate and Pine Nuts

This patriotic month, take advantage of the pomegranate season and prepare this delicious guava cream with pomegranate and pine nuts. It’s super easy and delicious, with a tangy touch of pomegranate that you won’t want to stop eating!

  • 6 guavas
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, 150g each
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 4 tablespoons pine nuts, for decoration
  • 4 peppermint, for decoration

  • In a medium pot, cook the guavas with water and sugar for 10 minutes or until soft. Reserve 4 pieces of guava.
  • Blend the guavas with Natural Oikos® Yogurt until you have a smooth cream. Reserve.
  • In a glass, place some pomegranate. Cover with the guava cream.
  • Finish with pine nuts, a slice of guava, mint, and a few pomegranate seeds.
