This national month takes advantage of the season of pomegranate and prepares this rich cream of guava with pomegranate and pine nuts. It's super easy and delicious, with an acid touch of pomegranate that you will not want to stop eating!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 guavas
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®, 150g each
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 4 tablespoons pinion, to decorate
  • 4 peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the guavas with water and sugar for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Reserve 4 pieces of guava.
Blend the guavas with the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt until you have a homogeneous cream. Reservation.
In a glass, place some pomegranate. Cover with guava cream.
Finish with pine nuts, a slice of guava, mint and some pomegranate granites.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with pomegranate and pine nuts.

TIPS

If the season of pomegranates ends, you can substitute red fruits.
