Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the guavas with water and sugar for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Reserve 4 pieces of guava.
Blend the guavas with the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt until you have a homogeneous cream. Reservation.
In a glass, place some pomegranate. Cover with guava cream.
Finish with pine nuts, a slice of guava, mint and some pomegranate granites.
