Guava Gelatin

  • 1 box peach gelatin
  • 356 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 7 guavas, ripe
  • 2 cups water

  • Wash and cut the guavas in half, then boil them with 2 cups of water.
  • In the blender, add the cans of milk, the guavas, the gelatin powder, the hot water, and mix everything.
  • Strain and start filling the flan molds, refrigerate until set. Serve very cold.
