Hazelnut Cake

The hazelnut cake has a very different flavor than what anyone expects from a cake. Try it and you will be surprised by its taste!

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 180 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour

  • Beat the butter until creamy consistency.
  • Add the condensed milk, the eggs one by one, the hazelnut liqueur, the flour, the baking powder, and the evaporated milk.
  • Grease a mold and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool a bit and unmold.
