Hazelnut Cake

The hazelnut cake has a very different flavor than anyone expects in a cake. Try it and you will be surprised by its taste!

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 180 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour

  • Beat butter is creamy consistency.
  • Add condensed milk, eggs one by one, hazelnut liqueur, flour, royal and evaporated milk.
  • Grease a mold and empty the mixture into it.
  • Bake at 180ºC for 45 min approx.
  • Let cool a little and unmold.
