The hazelnut cake has a very different flavor than anyone expects in a cake. Try it and you will be surprised by its taste!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 180 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour

Preparation

Beat butter is creamy consistency.
Add condensed milk, eggs one by one, hazelnut liqueur, flour, royal and evaporated milk.
Grease a mold and empty the mixture into it.
Bake at 180ºC for 45 min approx.
Let cool a little and unmold.

TIPS

You can put toasted hazelnuts and cut in half to the mixture.
