  • 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 cups palm sugar, coconut
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoons sea ​​salt

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • On a cutting board, chop the almonds into three parts.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond flour, whole wheat flour, coconut palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and apple sauce.
  • Incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ones, pour in the coconut oil, add the almonds, and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour into muffin molds and bake for 20 minutes or insert a toothpick, which should come out clean, to ensure they are ready.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold, and chill.
  • Garnish with almonds and mint and enjoy.
