Add the eggs and vanilla and make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Continue mixing.
Add the flour, oats, baking powder, and mix for an additional minute. Add the raisins and finish mixing.
Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper and place balls of dough with 2 centimeters of spacing to prevent sticking.
Bake the cookies for 13 minutes or until they are slightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate.
