1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 cups oats
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder, royal
1/2 cups raisins

Preheat the oven to 180º C.
In an electric
mixer
mix the brown sugar, sugar and butter until you get a creamy and fluffy mixture, about 5 minutes.
Add the eggs and vanilla and make sure with a shovel to remove the dough that is on the sides. Continue mixing.
Add flour, oats, baking powder, and mix for 1 additional minute. Add the raisins and finish mixing.
Prepare two baking sheets with waxed paper and put balls of dough 2 centimeters apart so they do not stick.
Bake cookies for 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate.
