Homemade Caramel Coffee Ice Cream

This hot summer, treat yourself to this creamy and delicious ice cream with intense coffee flavor and a touch of caramel. Serve it in ice cream cones or with cookies; you will surely love it!

  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, in cubes for the caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for the caramel sauce
  • 2 cups whipping cream, fry
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

  • For the caramel sauce, in a small pot, heat the sugar over low heat, stirring constantly until it forms an amber caramel.
  • Add the butter and mix. Remove from heat and add the whipping cream; mix very well until you have a smooth sauce. Set aside.
  • Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until it begins to double in volume.
  • Gradually add the condensed milk and coffee, continuing to whip until soft peaks form.
  • Place half of the mixture in a container and add some of the sauce. Top with the remaining coffee cream mixture and add more caramel sauce.
  • Freeze for 4 hours in the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator or until firm. Serve.
