  • 500 grams marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cups vegetable shortening
  • 1 kilo icing sugar
  • 2 cups cornstarch

  • Place the marshmallows, water and microwave in a bowl until melted.
  • Brush the bowl of the blender with the vegetable shortening and add the melted marshmallows and the powdered sugar, whisk and add the corn starch little by little until the marshmallow peels off the walls and becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the fondant on plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Stretch with the help of a rolling pin and use to decorate your favorite cupcakes.
