Homemade Fried Ice Cream

This is a very popular, simple, and delicious dessert to prepare. The fun part is that we get to fry a ball of ice cream. Try the recipe and impress everyone with this creation.

1/3 cups cow's milk
1 egg
1 cup pancake mix
1/2 liters ice cream, of your favorite flavor
8 slices bread
vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix the milk and egg, beat well, and add the cup of flour. Reserve.
Prepare ice cream balls and reserve them on a plate.
Put the ice cream balls in the freezer to prevent them from melting.
Remove the edges from the slices of bread.
Place the scoop of ice cream in between the 2 pieces of bread and press to form a ball that covers the entire ice cream.
Wrap the ball in aluminum foil and place them in the freezer.
Heat oil in a pot.
Coat the ice cream balls with bread in the pancake flour mixture.
Fry the ice cream balls, draining the excess grease on a paper towel.
Serve with whatever you like most and enjoy.
