This is a very popular dessert, simple and delicious to prepare. The funny thing about it is that we managed to fry an ice cream ball. Try the recipe and love everyone with this creation.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pancake flour
  • 1/2 liters ice cream, of the flavor that you like
  • 8 slices bread
  • enough oil

Preparation

Stir the milk and the egg, beat well and add the flour cup. Reservation.
Prepare ice cream balls and reserve them on a plate.
Introduce the balls of ice cream to the cogelador so that they do not fall apart.
Remove the edges of the slices of bread.
Place the ice cream ball in the middle of the 2 loaves and press it forming a ball that covers all the ice cream.
Place the ball in aluminum foil and take it to the freezer.
Heat oil in a pot.
Cover the ice cream balls with bread in the hotcakes flour mixture.
Fry the ice cream balls, drain the excess fat into an absorbent napkin.
Serve what you like and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with strawberry sauce, liquid chocolate or cajeta.
