250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams butter
nutella

Low
Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and then spread some butter on a medium skillet and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, ladle in a scoop and spread it to cover the entire bottom of the skillet.
Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, we use a spatula to lift it and flip it to brown the other side.
We need to repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
Once the crepe is ready, fold it in half and spread Nutella on that half.
Then, it is folded in half, resulting in the crepe being in the shape of a triangle.
