Homemade Quesillo

It is a typical dessert from Venezuela, it is delicious, and I like to give it my personal touch. I hope you enjoy it with your family.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • 8 units egg
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 dash rum
  • 2 teaspoons milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • In a quesillo mold, add the sugar and place it over low heat until caramelized, being careful not to burn it.
  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until everything is well mixed.
  • Once everything is blended, pour the mixture into the quesillo mold, cover it well to prevent water from getting in, and place it in a water bath for 45 minutes.
